Herman R. Castro

FOUNDER

Licensed since 1986, Herman has been helping families buy and sell their homes in the Dayton area for over 37 years. He built a foundation for the present and future success of the Castro Team. Herman is a 1988 Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) – a designation held by less than 5% of real estate agents. He speaks fluent Spanish and takes great pride in helping or local Hispanic neighbors with their home buying and selling needs.

Austin has been actively practicing real estate for over 12 years. He’s a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he studied both finance and real estate. With his vast knowledge and experience, he has earned a prominent presence in the local real estate market. Whether it be custom-built new construction homes, the resale of a large estate, or the sale of a distressed property, he has the tools and experience to get it SOLD. Austin also offers extensive insight into property management and the buying and selling of investment properties. In 2021 he was named to Coldwell Banker’s National 30 under 30 list.

Taria has been working in the real estate industry for 22 years and is as knowledgeable as they come. We like to refer to her as our “traffic controller” – She makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Stew has spent the last ~13 years working in acquisitions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, sitting across the table negotiating high-dollar deals with many of our nation’s largest defense contractors. Stew made it his goal to combine his acquisitions experience with his years of personal involvement in the rental property community, and has successfully done exactly that! Stew’s primary focus is helping with our growing list of investor clientele.
